1 Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of visitjsm.org, including its pages, forms, features, content, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Jimmy Swaggart Ministries (“JSM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization’s behalf.
2 Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about JSM and its ministries, programs, services, events, educational institutions, media outlets, visitor opportunities, and related resources. The Site may allow you to join an email list, request information, submit a form, plan or RSVP for a visit, or follow links to other websites and services.
The Site is provided for informational and ministry-related purposes. Content on the Site is not intended as legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
3 Eligibility and Minors
You may use the Site only if you can enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of the Site and any information the minor submits.
4 Visitor Requests RSVPs and Communications
When you submit a visitor request, RSVP, email sign-up, inquiry, or other form, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. Submitting a request or RSVP does not guarantee seating, parking, admission, lodging, transportation, a particular host, or any other accommodation unless JSM confirms it in writing. Event schedules, service times, speakers, availability, and visitor benefits may change without notice.
By providing your contact information, you authorize JSM to contact you about your request and, when you have chosen to receive them, ministry news, event information, and other communications. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary to respond to your request.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects JSM, other users, and the operation and security of the Site. You may not:
violate any applicable law or regulation or encourage unlawful conduct;
submit false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or infringing material;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, accounts, or data;
introduce malware, harmful code, automated requests, scraping tools, or other technology that disrupts, burdens, copies, or interferes with the Site;
collect personal information about others without authorization;
use Site content, names, logos, or materials for commercial solicitation, fundraising, advertising, or endorsement without prior written permission; or
remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect JSM, users, or the Site.
6 Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, photographs, video, audio, sermons, music, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, service marks, and software—are owned by or licensed to JSM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Subject to these Terms, JSM grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, noncommercial use.
Except as permitted by law or with prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or exploit Site content. No license to use JSM’s names, logos, marks, likenesses, music, broadcasts, or other protected material is granted by implication.
7 User Submissions
If you submit a message, testimony, prayer request, comment, photograph, video, suggestion, or other material through the Site (“Submission”), you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the rights of another person or any law.
Unless a form states otherwise, you grant JSM a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, reproduce, and use your Submission as reasonably necessary to respond to you, administer the Site, provide the requested ministry service, maintain records, and protect legal rights. JSM will not publicly use your name, image, testimony, prayer request, or other personally identifying Submission for promotional purposes without additional permission, except as otherwise disclosed when you submit it or required by law.
Do not submit confidential information through a general contact form. Prayer requests and pastoral communications submitted through the Site are not guaranteed to be confidential or legally privileged. If you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
8 Third Party and Related Ministry Websites
The Site may link to websites, platforms, apps, payment processors, social media services, or other resources operated by JSM affiliates, related ministries, or third parties. These may include websites for Family Worship Center, SonLife Broadcasting Network, Jimmy Swaggart Bible College, Family Christian Academy and Preschool, ShopJSM, event registration, streaming, and donations.
A link does not mean that visitjsm.org controls the linked service or adopts all of its content. Your use of a linked website or service may be governed by separate terms, privacy notices, refund policies, shipping terms, or other rules displayed there. Purchases, donations, subscriptions, registrations, and payment transactions completed on another website are subject to the terms presented by that website or service provider. JSM is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of unaffiliated third-party services.
9 Donations Purchases and Event Transactions
If the Site directs you to make a donation, purchase a product, register for an event, or complete another transaction through a separate website or payment provider, the transaction will be processed under the terms and policies shown at the point of transaction. You are responsible for reviewing all amounts, recurring-payment disclosures, shipping terms, cancellation terms, refund terms, and tax information before completing the transaction.
Unless expressly stated at the point of payment, submitting a donation or payment does not create a fiduciary, membership, employment, agency, or beneficiary relationship with JSM.
10 Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the Site are described in the visitjsm.org Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that internet transmissions and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.
11 Copyright Concerns
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact JSM using the information in Section 18. Your notice should identify the protected work, the material at issue and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder. JSM may request additional information before acting on a notice.
12 Site Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or error-free. We may correct errors and update content without notice.
13 Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JSM DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JSM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the exclusions above may not apply to you.
14 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JSM AND ITS RELATED ENTITIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MINISTERS, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF JSM FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). These limitations apply regardless of the form of action and will not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JSM and its related entities, officers, directors, employees, ministers, volunteers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not require you to indemnify any party for its own unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
16 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. This section does not prevent either party from seeking appropriate injunctive or equitable relief in another jurisdiction when necessary to protect intellectual property or prevent immediate harm.
17 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19 General Terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and JSM regarding use of the Site, except where a specific feature or linked service presents additional terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. JSM’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without JSM’s written consent. Headings are for convenience only.
